BOOKING CONDITIONS
Check in and check out:
The apartments are available from 4pm and must be freed by 10am on the morning of departure day.
Depending on availability it is possible to modify these times for an extra charge, on request.
Deposit and cancellations:
To confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total price is necessary, in accordance with article 1385 CC the deposit is non-refundable.
There are no refunds or discounts for days not used due to late arrival or early departure.
A damage deposit of € 100 per apartment is to be paid upon arrival, the sum will be returned on departure day.
The price includes:
Bed and bath linen, water, heating, electricity, use of ski and bike deposits, one private parking space per apartment, final cleaning, Wi-Fi connection.
APARTMENT REGULATIONS
IT IS SEVERELY PROHIBITED TO SMOKE throughout the building, balconies included.
The kitchen must be left clean and any rubbish must be thrown away in the designated dumpster, if these rules are not followed you will be charged a penalty of 50 euros for the final cleaning.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10.30pm and 7.30am.
Non-guests are not permitted in the apartments.
Animals are not admitted.

- 1 LED TV, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker
- Dishwasher, washing machine and hairdryer
- Private outdoor parking space
- bike room and ski room
- direct booking for the Bagni Vecchi and Bagni Nuovi
- free Wi-Fi
- private garden with barbecue and deckchairs
- reservations for ski, snowboard, Nordic walking or mountain bike lessons with direct payment.

from € 80 to € 250 per night

The price of the apartment in the centre of Bormio includes:
